Where I should be spending long weekends

Do I ever wish that I had family or knew someone with a cabin – oh i mean cottage – in this province. With the upcoming August long weekend on the horizon I am saddened by the fact that I will more than likely not be able to experience a relaxing cabin/cottage weekend beside a lake.  Long weekends start to mean a lot less when you have nowhere meaningful to go.
